Governor is culpable

Governor SPIN:
Did I not warn you not to doubt that a flood like Ondoy will happen sooner than you think? Now do not assume again that Pepeng will be the last. And you must not accept the San Roque Dam operators’ excuses that those blockages along the rivers and waterways caused the flooding.
Governor, you are as culpable as those operators because you did not do your job and fulfill your promise for the environment as a Governor for over two years and as a DENR top official in Pangasinan. Your attention had been called about those illegal fish pens and structures so many times yet you kept on playing like a broken record when it comes to environmental protection.
Now, I am also playing like a broken record because I thought you can do better than the fat-ass do-nothing Agbayani. How many more lives must be lost and how much destruction of property and infrastructures must happen to wake you up?
Siguro tama ang sabi ng aking kumpare: “Pare, malaki na naman ang RACKET nila sa PINAS, kaya ang panangalin ng mga CORRUPT OFFICIALS ay mas marami at malalakas na bagyo, baha at kapinsalaan.”
So this “blame game/drama” is just “moro-moro”? Can you demonstrate that you really have the SPINE, Governor? Are you prepared to debate on environmental issues?
