This airport will not work, as there will be no demand from passengers. The reasons:

1) Traveling to Manila will only take 3.5 hours with the completion of the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union expressway;

2) There are nearby airports, which are DMIA, and at Subic. This airport will compete with the two; 3) North rail is at planning stage which will make the trip to the airport more shorter.

The problem with our local politicians is that they plan and decide unmindful of the overall effect to our country. Nagkakanya kanya, kaya our country will never prosper with these corrupt and selfish politicians!!! This is like building road to farm market road for the farmers but without coordinating it with irrigation department, so what is the use of farm to market road if there is poor irrigation?
