Demolish pens first, then dredge

Governor Spin:
Please stop spinning our heads. How do you dredge up the silt and garbage along those rivers and waterways filled up with fish pens and other illegal structures?
The severe siltation occurs within and around where the fish pens and illegal structures are located, so the first thing that you must do is demolition. Do you have the “BALLS” and “SPINES” to do it? Or you are like the fat-ass do-nothing Agbayani-the “Well decorated UP engineering student” according to the PCE.
Mr. Governor, do not doubt that a similar storm intensity like Ondoy will not happen in Pangasinan, it is only a question of when and it probably will happen very much sooner than you think. When it happens and you are still the governor, be man enough and be prepared to accept the blame instead of pointing fingers. Your pronouncements on the environment are very much similar to GMA on corruption-parang sirang plaka.
