Re: What kind of leader is he?

Mr. Delfin:

If you think the LTO Drivers Manual at P100 a copy is a BS, then include its cost in the licensing fee to cover printing and binding. It’s always nice to be critical of flawed policies, actions and decisions made by many of our mediocre gov’t officials.

I hope LTO Chief Art Lomibao is not one of them, a PMA grad and battle tested officer in the Mindanao campaign. Heroic in stature, he can propel LTO as a role model office for the gov’t. He’ll enforce effective driver’s licensing California DMV style. I have a copy of the Manual and it’s one of the best.

Mr. Delfin, it’s hard to believe that good leaders are now extinct in the Phil. I know they’re lurking in the dark side.

Sen. Gordon and MMDA Fernando are one of them. Look at their past accomplishments as mayors in their own cities: a working dynamo and role model of prosperity, disciplined cops, neat and tidy environment.

Well, there are bad and nonproductive ones. Sen Loi Estrada, a housewife, crafted only 2 unimportant senate bills during her entire term.

Rep Mikey Arroyo stinks for owning choice house and lot ($1.3 million) in San Francisco. He should be charged of tax evasion and dollar salting. Unspent political donations when invested are earned income and should be taxed.

His mother too, the president, their SALN doubled up. At one time, PGMA and FG were seen conferencing with ZTE executives and so with JDV and son Joey trying to bid on the same ZTE gov’t contract, are these not against the law for conflict of interest? These are serious and necessitates good riddance in the gov’t.
