Mr. Chito Soriano,
Look at the economic situation in the Philippines and you have the answer to Arroyo’s managerial and leadership abilities.
Arroyo is no exception; most of the so-called leaders in the Philippines are just as incompetent and are in it for themselves and not for the Filipino people.
The ignorant voters? Look at the people they elect and you have your answer. C’mon, Mr. Soriano, I’m sure you have more brainpower than that.
