Mr. Ceralde, Direct line? Not really. Art might have come across this message already and before we know it actions will follow. Not only 15 minutes to get a TIN statement, or a drawer by the counter shut closed (not wide open waiting for a lagay or “hurry up” money) and trained LTO cops to conduct actual driving test to include test on driving safety code. We communicate by signs, touch, words or hints and we can tell a brother even in total darkness.
