It seems that you have a direct line with Art and the brotherhood to influence his senses. Is there any way then to correct the long wait of (2) days with driver’s license issuance to 15 minutes before the red tape of getting a TIN from the BIR (new requirement LTO). He still is the LTO chief right? This situation was just published in PhilStar two days ago.
