The most obstinate Duque

Sec. Pingkoy Duque, for all intents and purposes has exhausted his usefulness!

How in the world The Little Bugger Arroyo could do such a thing to the most loyal and effective member of her cabinet?

Did she not realize sacrificing Pingkoy making him a second-rate punk wouldn’t compel him to swallow the humiliation and let it pass?

Arroyo’s aces and eights!

Pingkoy, as everybody can see, is the most obstinate among Paco’s brood. Looking at him as a mild-mannered and defenseless guy is mighty deceiving, because within that skinny framework . . . I think . . . is a determined person molded in steel. I’ll assume he will not just roll and play dead.

The thing that’s eating everybody’s craw is why The Little Bugger let him write the Executive Order to impose the Cheaper Medicine Act, to alleviate the medical sufferings of the people and   … thennnnn . . . scrap it.

Quid pro quo?

It could be believed that that when the pharmaceutical companies employed Roberto Romulo and of all people her own Trade Sec. Peter Favila to intercede on their behalf, they employed pure muscle they thought would derail Pingkoy – gambling Arroyo with right price will reverse direction and leave Pingkoy hanging in the vine holding an empty bag. What a foresight!

There’s enough evidence The Little Buggers’ administration is becoming a . . . vast criminal enterprise. Nothing moves in that hellhole Philippines without the grease. The contention that foreign investments in the Philippines are not protected if the Executive Order is signed is pure balderdash. The investments in the Philippines are determined by how much grease is put in the right pockets . . . and the biggest pocket that can accommodate is The Little Bugger herself.

And for you Pingkoy, it’s time to hang your guns and throw the badge in her desk and walk away.

Remember what happened to Thomas More in his relation to Henry VIII – before it’s too late. Don’t wait for the axe to fall!
