Corruption in the military

Dear Mr. Ceralde:
Once again the military said that they will beat the ABSG by years end. The question is ‘What year?’ because the military had been saying this like a broken recording just like their commander-in-chief saying that she will stop corruption.
If the military needs bullets or runs out of bullets, it is precisely because of what you said-bullets are going to the rebels due to corruption within the military.
Why was CIA’s Panetta in town recently? The talk must have included the recent decision of China to build seaport and airport at the Mischief Reefs aside from the rebels, illegal drugs and money laundering. Can the ‘tiyanak’ as commander-in-chief handle these situations?
If they can not win a Mickey Mouse war with the ABSG, then the Philippines is in very deep trouble unless USA comes to the rescue. It is good her term is ending and the people must throw her out.
