Why not let the City Tourism Officer Michelle Lioanag live in the vicinity area of the jail. So that she can smell the stinky odor we residence have been smelling for a decade now.

I agree with Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez and the City administrator to relocate the District Jail away from the Lingayen Gulf. Let us protect the Tondaligan Park beach. It will be good for Tourism and fishing industry of Dagupan City.
