Dr. Duque:

I fully agree with you that Gov. Spines had delivered his promise on the health care facilities of the province, UNLIKE the previous governors. My first hand sources confirmed it. I hope he will deliver his promises on the environment, peace and order, education, and employment.

I salute Gov. Spines for his accomplishment on health and I look forward to seeing more accomplishments on the other equally important issues. What some do not realize is that those retirees who were originally from Pangasinan will be enticed to retire back in Pangasinan or the Philippines only if there is good health care facilities, peace and order, good environment, good education, and less.

Keep on delivering the right stuff, Governor.
