To: Bill F.:

I hate to get in your @ss, but I have to do it to clean your butt of any unwanted crap.

Let me explain.

Claims by the rotund Bangus City Administrator Alvin Fernandez, that flooding in BC, is caused by Global Warming is like telling the world that GPS doesn’t help in directional driving, thus he got lost in finding his way around town.

Idiocy! Pure and simple! Believing Al Gore in his balderdash is wrong on all sides intelligently. Likened to his wild goose chase in his inventing the INTERNET.

But, your unwanted pursuit of using the dredging machine in removing silt at Pantal to hasten the flow of water, is not only unwise, it rings of misinformation on your part about of what happened to this monster of a corruption . . . which this slow thinker Alvin Fernandez’s filthy hands were in the former mayor Benjie Lim’s cookie jar.

To tell you most frankly, that accursed dredging machine is now floating at Pantal, a $1.5 million dollars behemoth of a city gone crazy wild on spending . . . rusting . . . without gas . . . without a purpose . . . without remorse.

Have you heard by chance – Malimgas Market – Magsaysay Park – McAdore Hotel – Away dumpsite boondoggle – Parking meter switcheroo?

In this brouhaha Alvin Fernandez had something to do with these debacles.

A conniver in a City Council who sold Bangus City to the highest bidder. An albatross in his political neck.

If the people of Bangus City are not that STUPID . . . Alvin Fernandez is akin to that dredger nowhere to go but – drown!
