COA and BIR should check the valuation of McAdore and Calasiao property of Dagupan. The recent move of Brian Lim, son of Mayor Benjie, seems to facilitate the sale of the city properties which does not even have a purpose for the sale proceeds except for ELECTION funds, (hence) for possible under value in the registered sale with the historical collusion of Vlad Mata who seems to be guilty of corruption. Manhid na tao sa corruption tandem ni Lim-Mata. All we do is complain. Di naman sila sumasagot in the hope na magsawa taong bayan sa issue ng corruption nila. Where is the Ombudsman? Please answer the issues Mayor Lim.I voted for you. You owe me an explanation.

As City Administrator, could Vlad Mata be investigated by the Ombudsman in his participation in the series of exposé printed by the Punch? He never answered and defended himself. He also issued electrical (connection) waivers to private individuals in public lands. Would the NBI be interested in the examination of the claim that Mata’s signature was forged. Mayaman binibigyan ng lupa, mahirap pinapaalis sa lupa. Matuwid na daan na pilipinas. Dagupan naman ay tadtad ngbutas at hukay ang daan.  QUESTION.
