WOW! Congrats!

Sorry to take up a little space here. We are trying to help a fellow Pangasinan lady reunite with her family. She is currently separated from her daughters because she has to work overseas.

We know that she is not the only person in this situation but she has crossed our path. We have a child ourselves and would like to lend a little help.

Can someone send me information on how to help set up a small viable business in Pangasinan that can support a family of four?

We are thinking of setting up a grocery shop or something. But it can be something else as long as it falls under our little budget.
