Re: Playing with fire – if we don’t speak up

Well, I am opening my mouth, Mr. Gonzalo.

But first, you should be congratulated on that Little League’s Football Field.

It could also, put a smile on Sr. Bebot’s lips knowing the kids have a an avenue to get away from the illegal destructive drugs, that proliferates inside the schools.

However, I’ll have to put some credence on this issue of … football.

You’re talking about another kind of football like … soccer … which I believe that’s the sport you’re discussing about.

Most US presidents were football players in their youth . . .

No! If we’re speaking about … soccer (association football) … where the ball used, is round like in basketball.

While American football, an oval/elliptical ball, is utilized.

There’re only four (4)US presidents who played football in their college days namely:

GERALD FORD – played center and linebacker at the University of Michigan . . .

JOHN F. KENNEDY – a wide receiver in his freshman year at Harvard . . .

RICHARD NIXON – a second string tackler at Whittier College . . .

RONALD REAGAN – starter at guard at Eureka College.
