In Dagupan City, there are so many problems to solve by the City government but they have to prioritize the most critical. The yearly flooding, the pollution in the river, and the beach. These 3 are long overdue for action but nothing has been done. The people are waiting.

Are we going to wait, wait in vain? I know you can do these if there is a will.
