Re: JOVES 80TH BIRTHDAY

 

I would like to greet my former instructor in Dagupan Colleges, now University of Pangasinan back in 1962, Engineer Domingo Joves, a belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY AND WISH HIM MORE TO COME.

He was such a nice person and a very good instructor like the late engineer Silverio Coquia, Dean Napoleon Nazareno, Dean Dionisio Parayno, and the others that through whom most of their students were able to pass the examination and obtain their engineering licenses in the United States.
