Amazing how the vice mayor, Her Regal Majesty Belen, always seems to be able “fill” several pages of the Punch slide show every week.

I guess when a paper is protected by the freedom of the press it has the power to selectively print or omit anything positive that is being done by the sitting administration that the paper is against. During the cold war when this was being done by China, North Korea and the USSR it was part of a thing called “brainwashing.”
