To our Public and order safety chief, Mr Erfe Mejia.

We, Dagupenos, admire your implementation of safety for motorists especially the motorcycle riders, for strictly enforcing use of helmet while on the road.

We further suggest that to please include also the noise pollution control by removing all vehicles not using high throttle exhaust manifold, especially the motorcycles plying the streets at night and disturb the residential areas during the hours of their sleep. The high throttle noise is also considered one of the culprits in noise pollution. Please implement this also.
