The government is the people

Mr. Bernard Diaz,
Allow me.
Government of the people . . . for the people . . . and by the people . . was the Gettysburg Address of Abraham Lincoln.
This line is intended not for the government will have to do for the govern . . . . but how a person is sworn to protect the rights of the whole . . . and the whole is sworn to protect the right of every person.
I reiterate again, Mr. Diaz.
The government is the people, and included is everybody . . . the wise guy, the not-so-wise, the idiot, the intelligentsia, the downtrodden, the corrupt and all the human roaches that walk the surface of Pinoyland.
New York, your adopted state? US of A, your adopted country?
