How about the LAND OIL case for $180million? Was this settled by our former speaker JDV? It was people’s money that the Speaker used.

Pork Barrel is legal corruption, no check & balance.

Mas marami ang napunta sa bulsa kaysa mapunta sa pobreng masa. They count what they spend but they don’t count what they pocketed.
