His brand of journalism?

To Mr. Jun Velasco,
Once again you display your “Velasco’s brand of journalism”. You certainly lack objectivity or could it be that your judgment is clouded by your inability to look at the whole picture? Your columns appear to be a regurgitation of what you prefer to spout at the moment. It looks like a public relations release designed to curry a favorable view to your hero, J de V.
Your trumpeting of the Jose De Venecia’s biography certainly tops it all. Jose De Venecia’s hands were on the till; he was a witness to the government corruption and had chosen not to say anything about it until he was thrown out of his speaker’s seat. Perhaps his access to backroom deals had been diminished so now he is crying wolf?
If that is your ideal “Global Filipino” as you highly sing praises to, your serious lack of judgment is a suspect. Any credibility left, Jun Velasco? Maybe you should consider becoming a politician instead of masquerading as a journalist. Heck, the politicians do not have any credibility anyway; you might as well as join them.
