Arroyo’s brand of corruption

Evaluate Health Secretary Pingkoy?
Not only moronic . . . out of touch from reality.
As far as we know, he’s the only person left in the ARROY-CO administration with a soul, honest enough to carry on his sworn job of protecting the health and welfare of Filipinos.
The old man . . . the venerable Bishop Oscar Cruz . . . gives him a 9 out of 10?
Let me ask the man of God, what’s that one (1) Pingkoy failed to pass?
The jumping jack . . .
As everybody knows, Gonzalo’s defense of ARROY-CO is beyond the pale. What’s happening to him? What happened to the son of Paco who’s supposed to be a knight in shining armor?
Is he really devotedly blind to his Ate Glo, he’ll jump into the abyss with her . . . pants, underwear and the shirt on his back?
Or, somethin’ else? Et tu, Gonzalo?
Dateline: Washington D.C. . . .
The US Millennium Challenge Corp. told the Philippine Mission, the Philippines is not eligible for economic assistance until the ARROY-CO government clean up its act.
The ARROY-CO government was head-over-heels hoping to qualify for a huge grant from the MCC this year, but the incessant slide into corruption dashed all hopes of getting one.
In its report, the MCC noted for fiscal year 2009, the ARROY-CO cabal of evil, did not get a passing score of 14 out of 17.
That’s an honor. It should be flat out 17.
To qualify for MCC welfare aid, 3rd world countries must implement policies promoting control of corruption, respect for civil liberties, political and economic freedom . . . which the ARROY-CO administration failed so dismally.
That’s millions of dollars down the shithole.
And still, the forces of Mephisto are busy-bee finding ways to extend ARROY-CO’s brand of corruption.
If this happens . . . Filipinos could claim they’re the most obtuse creatures on . . . earth!
Did I say . . . PINOYS?
