SM City, a boon for Rosales

On behalf of the Rosales Association of Southern California, USA… I would like to commend Mayor Ricardo Velo Revita for this wonderful achievement he has done in his short period of time as the Mayor of Rosales, Pangasinan.
The establishment of SM CITY Rosales will surely help in the progress and development of the town of Rosales, which will eventually transform into an economic boom for the good of its people.
Again, more power and congratulations to the mayor and to the whole town of Rosales, Pangasinan.
