Re rabies control-
In reaction to the proposed ordinance in this lovely town of Rosales, I totally disagree.

We can eradicate rabies in so many ways as long as the SB members will pass a law requiring all dog owners to have their pets vaccinated regularly, and require owners to to register their dogs and have them wear tags bearing their owner’s name. Pass a law appropriating budget to purchase vaccine for the said purposes.

We can only succeed in this kind of project if everyone will help one another.
