P30million worth of shotguns, the funds used to purchase the guns would have been enough to provide more basic services to our people of Pangasinan.

Guns given to Kapitan’s will be idle inside their homes doing nothing. Nakatabi sa Tokador baka magamit sa hindi maganda na situation. Or baka may karibal na politico at lasing baka gamitin (they are going to use the guns to intimidate others instead of protecting the people).

Guv Espino could have used the amount to purchase medicine for the poor or used it to eradicate DENGUE in our province.
