Shot gun distribution to barangay captains was a ‘brain child’ move, it will only create more crimes and violence. It will be used to suppress the rights of the poor people or farmers in expressing their opinions in the locality. It will also be used for political maneuver and purposes and also to ensure their re-elections.

Kawawa si Mang Juan if he voices his opinions… he might get shot and murdered. I wish these shotguns will be turned over to PNP or NBI.
