If it ain’t broke…

Divide et Empera!
This common principle . . . is a unification of political, military and economic strategy by maintaining power thru dissimilation by breaking up political power into small bits, which eventually coerce the system to less power than the one imposing the tactical design.
The grand design . . .
In the real sense, this strategy is to prevent small groups becoming powerful. It was this rigged format the Cro-Magnon man Alfie Bince in his last gasps in politics such idea coming from a dying brain, an atrocity never before seen in his sometimes facetious political career.
His words; “Dividing Pangasinan is in anticipation of federalism eventually coming into being”. But, is it necessary to break it up? This epiphany to a 40 year old idea since Aguedo Agbayani is not political but personal. Aguedo’s selfishness in making his domain the eastern Pangasinan a kingdom, to be inherited by his family and lapdogs towing his line. It was also to counterbalance Tito Primicias’ emergence as political power in Pangasinan.
If it ain’t broke . . .
What’s there to split? Where will the money come from for dismemberment? Because Alfie Bince . . . in his right mind . . . would see a Herculean task . . . the skinning, quartering a 1500 pound bull with a butter knife.
The wedge . . .
The ignoble realization that put Congressional creatures Victor Agbayani, Arthur Celeste and Rachel Arenas to back down in gerrymandering Pangasinan into 7 Congressional Districts made Bince salivating in his mouth. It will make Espin-off wide-eyed in bed losing precious sleep. Would taking Alfie Bince under his wing a black mamba to be reckoned with?
Ich Bin Ein Spinner . . .
Is Espin-off that nut?
