What? No oysters?

Tourism partnership in order to succeed must include not only the sincere participation of all residents of the particular tourist destinations but all Pangasinenses.
Due to its very sensitive nature, even a very minor crime against tourists or illness of a tourist from eating oysters will have an almost lingering negative impact. Imagine yourself as an investor like the one at Dos Palmas in Palawan which is only recovering now from the 2001 incident.
It must, therefore, be a partnership of all Pangasinenses – the people, the government officials, the law and environment protection enforcers, and the investors – taking care of the environment and the peace and order. Nobody can package and sell a rotten product.
For example, if the package says that Dagupan is the seafood capital of the Philippines, then oysters must be available in hotels and resorts like the Star Plaza and the Leisure Coast. Do not expect the tourist to buy along the highway just to taste our oysters. I tried ordering many times from those so-called world class hotels and resorts and there were absolutely NO OYSTERS in their menu, not even the cooked ones.
This tells us that Gov SPIN as a SENRO must demonstrate that he performs his duties by removing all of the illegal fishpens para may malinis na lugar ang TALABA.
