The Awai debacle is done. The DARAB decision is final and executory.

Dagupan City Legal Eagle George Mejia’s last ditch efforts are remarkable, though, it’s like Hitler’s assault at The Bulge against a determined US forces who wouldn’t give an inch of ground.

Give it up, George, its NUTS!

What would be the City’s next move for recovery?

A few. The City of Dagupan could file a lawsuit against ex-Mayor The Benjie and his most loyal lapdogs of Baraan and Baniqued . . . the brains behind the slaughter.

The in-betweeens . . . .

But, to pursue such a recourse some sitting councilors at the City Council would be involved, which will give Mayor Alipio a very, very bad taste in the mouth.

The dilemma . . .

Will he bite the bullet?
