Whom is Gonz trying to cajole? Does Gonz think the readers of this Forum are that stupid? Or is he really that SIPSIP.
Gonz cited the nice highways and big projects which are the main sources of BIG SOPS but why did he not mention the badly needed or lacking farm to market roads and classrooms all over the country?
Obviously his analysis is that of a SIPSIP to GMA.
