The paraplegic address

Gov. Espin-off’s State of the Province Address should be aptly named . . . State of the Paraplegic Address.
Why you may ask?
His upper body is strong, but he’d no legs to stand on.
He stroke every Pangasinense’s ego in a blustery declaration of his performance in office for the last 365 days.
But, his reason ran out of gas when he forgot to mentioned the appointments of the Gang of Three: Rafael “Excuses” Baraan . . . Dindin “Legal Chicken” Baniqued and Butch “The Butcher” Velasco.
Were these appointments could be seen as accomplishments?
If it were they, he would have imparted it, but he knew deep in the recesses of his vitiated mind he tried to mask it, gambling that undiscerning Pangasinenses won’t notice the massive infusion of corruption.
“You can fool all the people of Pangasinan some of the time, but you cannot fool all the people of Pangasinan all the time”. A. L.
