What’s there to debate?

The Provincial Board’s Session Hall, is aesthetically defined fit for those who sits comfortably on its lush chairs, and breathe in a humidity-less air conditioned room.
But, to say legislators debating the merits of proposed policy and ordinances in an distinguished looking chamber, is an overstatement. What’s there to debate by this rubber-stamped-board sitting in opulence?
A Provincial Board inhabited by a bunch of blooters, who knows nothing but to sipsip-sopsops Espin-off’s behind.
And with the Gang of Three . . . Baraan, Baniqued and Velasco manning the abattoir, the gullible Pangasinenses will wake up someday . . . skinned, quartered, and filleted ready for home grilling.
