Don’t ban cellphones

Cellphones should not be banned, the use of it should be regulated or controlled when within the school premises. It is the only mode of communication between parents and their kids.
It is therefore the responsibility of the school to control the use of cellphones. The school should teach the kids WHEN to use their cellphones.
