The Carmen Rosales SM on the national highway does not seem to be an accolade in the terms you gave praises to Mayor Perez widening of Urdaneta roads unless you are a policeman.
Every mall brings in traffic, the location of SM just brings more motorists and with the narrow streets of Carmen designed by MacArthur’s army, it translates to more headaches for motorists traversing the national highway.
The police love traffic as it generates income, awa.
