THE Dagupan Sangguniang Panglunsod’s sessions outside of the hall has proven valuable in addressing concerns that directly affect the barangays. This was the assessment of Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez, chair of the Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP), who promised to hold more of such sessions in the future.
