INTERNATIONAL Master Oliver Barbosa ruled the “Agew na Dagupan” Open Chess Tournament held June 18 and 19 at the Dagupan City People’s Astrodome. The country’s eighth-ranked player conceded only half a point in the seven-round tournament, participated in by 85 players, to win the title and P7,000 cash.
