BARBARA “Barbie” Salvador, Pangasinan’s representative to this year’s Mutya ng Pilipinas pageant, came home with the crown as Mutya ng Pilipinas Tourism International. Salvador, daughter of Drs. Raul and Bles Salvador from Pozorrubio, is a graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University.
