RE: Molina: Only fish cages found
Seems to me that the illegal fish pens left by the previous administration were put in place when the illegal fish pen owners felt comfortable that her highness was going to win the election. After the election, those same illegal fish pen owns were granted a moratorium by the newly elected Mayor Belen Fernandez regarding the removal of those pens “to allow the fish to mature.” It’s great to blame the other guy but not so great to blatantly askew the facts of the matter. As far as no more illegal fish pens, it seems that other news media question the veracity of the statement “No more illegal fish pens’ in Dagupan.
