Winning by split decision

Mr. Edwin:
Well, I may not be knowledgeable as you are in this art, but what I am talking is based on facts not some sort of mumbo-jumbo.
Let me guide you how such split decision came about. If somebody was knocked down never to stand up again, it would be called a KO, right?
The plurality of votes from the three judges for a boxer would be called a unanimous decision. Right?
Split decision. It came about because out of the three judges two opted for a tie, but the other one favored Pacquiao on a 10-9 vote on the idea though Pacquiao was bleeding from a cut, keep on fighting circumventing Marquez have thrown more punches than him. Right, Mr. Farias?
