The right message

WHILE the US is still locked with election politics, dominated by Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump, the Philippines is fast turning in a new leaf in the art of governance.

Our new President Digong has just received a 91percent acceptability ratings.

No president of this country has received that kind of rating.

Bravo, President Digong!

He is very pleased that when he was still in college, he was already satisfied with receiving 75, 76 and 78 grades!

Congrats, Supreme Court for finally deciding on GMA’s case.

       It’s long overdue, folks!

This column has never waivered on that faith.

We’ve told you it’s Digong’s choice of the right message — crush criminality especially the drug menace — that would make him president.

Bullseye, di ba?

What’s brilliant is after the polls, he is dramatically delivering.

The drug menace is “war.” It should be treated as a security issue.

He did just that, and look at what’s happening? Millions of Filipinos have gravitated to his leadership.

The drug war is a real war. And look at how Digong is dealing with the drug lords!

Ganyan ang lider!

In Dagupan City, we are firming up a new approach in celebrating the 35th anniversary of our water district.

It should adopt a simple but most appropriate character — it must focus on the consumers.

Not just merrymaking, fiesta galore. After all, it is why we, consumers, have the water district.

We have assigned a special committee to leave no stone unturned to realize this goal.

Ano ba itong pinag-eenteresan ni Attorney dyan sa water, water, na yan? tanong ng isang wag, not realizing that water is life.

Since we took over chairman of the water district, we had caused the establishment of three pumping stations, those in Lucao, Pugaro and Carael.

We are listening to the water woes of the Blue Beach Subdivision of Bonuan Gueset too. We wish to dialogue with the subdivision folk headed by Ernesto Gonzales, soon.

Mayor Belen is proving to all and sundry that she would be a good traffic officer.

Yes, better than Chief Cris Abrahano.

Stop, look, listen! Belen is endearing the Arellano pedestrians for her effectiveness as traffic cop.
