MANAOAG–The number one drug personality in this town was arrested in a police operation at Milo St., Barangay Poblacion on June 15.

Nabbed was Brian Delin, 25, resident of Barangay Babasit. He was among those who surrendered and confessed being a drug pusher last year.

The operatives seized from Delin four sachets of shabu and a P500 buy-bust money. (Tita Roces)
