FIVE persons were arrested by the Dagupan police, two in a buy-bust operation while the three others were caught in the middle of a pot session, in a residential house owned by one Rolly Aquino on Malued District in Dagupan at 3:00 p.m. on Oct. 5.

Arrested in the buy-bust operation were Jayson Baylon, 23, of A.B. Fernandez Street in Barangay II and III; and Dante Lomibao, 36, a tricycle driver, from whom lawmen disguised as buyers bought one sachet plastic sachet of shabu using marked money.

Lawmen found one plastic of suspected shabu from each of the suspects.

In that same incident, police elements chanced upon Robert Servito, Ariel Paa and Christine Bautista, the companions of the two suspects engaged in sniffing shabu and were also placed them under arrest.

Confiscated by lawmen from the possession of the three were two pieces of heat-sealed sachet of suspected shabu and drug paraphernalia.
