Four wanted persons arrested

LINGAYEN – The Bugallon Police Station (BPS) arrested the town’s No. 5 most wanted person, a fugitive charged committing frustrated murder.

The suspect, Feliciano Dumlao, 37 and a resident of Barangay Umanday was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by presiding Judge Maria Laarni Parayno, of the Regional Trial Court First Judicial Region Branch 68 Lingayen dated July 9, 2014.

On the same day, Pozorrubio Police Station also arrested Susan Panganiban, 45, resident of District 1 Pozorrubio, by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by presiding Judge Camilo Asuncion of Municipal Trial Court of Asingan- San Manuel Asingan for the crime of estafa dated October 13, 2015.

Furthermore, San Carlos Police Station arrested Wilfredo Legaspi, 43, resident of Barangay Antipangol San Carlos City by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by presiding judge Elpidio Abella of Regional Trial Court Branch 55 of Alaminos City for the crime of homicide.

While Alaminos City Police Station arrested Danilo Capitle, 49, resident of Barangay Cayucay Alaminos City by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Mervin Jovito Samadan of Regional Trial Court Branch 54 of Alaminos City for neglect, abuse, cruelty prejudicial to a child. (Hilda Austria)
