STA. BARBARA – The police finally arrested on July 15 the town’s number one most wanted person who has been in hiding for seven years.

Nabbed was Cipriano Paraiso, 47, married, welder and resident of Barangay Minien East this town by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Genoveva Maramba of the Regional Trial Court Branch 43 in Dagupan City.

Paraiso is facing three counts of rape with no bail recommended. (Tita Roces)
