Robbers riding-in-tandem arrested in Dagupan City

THE Dagupan City Police Station (DCPS) chased and collared two suspects last week after they held up a vicitm on Arellano St. in front of a mall.

Supt. Christopher Abrahano, chief of DCPS identified the suspects as Edgar Lamsen, resident of Malasiqui Pangasinan and Arlie Pajanustan, resident of Purok 3 Angeles City Pampanga, both security guards.

Abrahano said it turned out the two have robbed another victim earlier.

The first incident was in Galvan St. here where Balbir Singh was the victim at around 12:20 noon and the second was in Arellano Bani here in front of a mall where Raginder Singh was held by the two suspects.

Abrahano said the second victim recognized the suspects including the plate number of the motorcycle they used and instantly reported to the police.

He said DCPS responded immediately and conducted a dragnet operation.

The suspects were cornered in barangay Malued after a short chase.

DCPS confiscated a .45 caliber pistol loaded with two magazines from the suspects.

Meanwhile, DCPS posted the pictures of the suspects in their social media account urging the public who might have been victimized by the suspects to file complaints.
