A SUCCESSFUL buy-bust operation in Alaminos City resulted in the confiscation of 70 grams of shabu worth P476,000 and the arrest of four s high-value targets operation at around 10:45 p.m. on May 23 in Barangay Pogo, Alaminos City.

In a joint operation of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Pangasinan and local police operatives, the seized items were placed in three heat-sealed plastic sachets.

Nabbed were Maria Celerina Rabaya, Noriel Osorio, Edgar Pagaran and Justine Pagaran. The details of the their identities were not immediately known.

Also recovered by the operatives were marked the P1,000 bill, several pieces of boodle money, a cellular phone, sling bag, passport, one caliber .45 firearm with two magazine assembly and seven live ammunition, a Mitsubishi mirage with key.

Charges for violation of Section 5, in relation to section 26 Art. Il of RA 9165 and RA 10591 were set to be filed. (Eva Visperas)
