Col. Fanged ordered Palisoc to concentrate in the fight against illegal drugs and make Dagupan a drug-free city, saying  with drugs out soon, criminality will be next to fall.

Palisoc thanked Mayor Fernandez for giving him the opportunity to serve Dagupan City once again and to Col. Fanged, “for the trust and confidence you’ve given me to become OIC of the Dagupan police.”

Saying that peace and order is his top priority in Dagupan, Palisoc vowed to serve the city with full dedication by seeing to it that police enforcement will be felt by all the people in the community.

He said he will strengthen focused police operations “to address criminality in our area of responsibility and… expect that we will be more aggressive in our approach in our anti-illegal drugs campaign in accordance with existing police operational procedures by enhancing police-community partnership and to mobilize force multipliers and the whole community against all law breakers.
