TESDA, LGU-PANGASINAN HOLD PROVINCIAL SKILLS COMPETITION
Pangasinenses participate in the two-day Provincial Skills Competition from April 26-27 held at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center (NRSCC) Gymnasium. The competition is an undertaking of the Technical Education and Skills Authority (TESDA) in partnership with the Provincial Government of Pangasinan to highlight skills and talent of Pangasinenses technical-vocational programs. More than 30 Technical-Vocational Institutions across the province joined the skills competition in 14 skill areas: Automobile Technology, Bakery, Beauty Therapy, Cooking, Electrical Installations, Electronics, Graphic Design Technology, Hairdressing, Health and Social Care, Hotel Reception, Plumbing and Heating, Restaurant Service, Wall and Floor Tiling, and Welding. The winners of the Provincial Skills Competition will represent the Province of Pangasinan in the Regional Skills Competition. /SMDC
