RARE COMPETITIVE RIDERS — Two unlikely winners in the Invitational Dagupan Bangus Festival Individual Time Trial 2022 held last April 24 at Jose De Venecia Highway Extension were awarded specials prizes: Raymundo Ramos, 81, (left) was awarded a special prize for being the oldest rider while Grygo Bolinas, a PWD from Sta. Barbara, was awarded a special prize for being competitive as a PWD.
